Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo, an American author and actress. She started her career in the soap operas One Life to Live, Guiding Light. Later she was in a number of roles supporting the primetime television. Andrea Navedo, an American singer and actress, was born from The Bronx New York United States 10th October 1977. Navedo began her acting career in an afternoon soap. Between 1995 and 1997 Navedo was a part of ABC's One Life to Live in the part in the role of Linda Soto. The actress joined the CBS soap Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. In 1996 she had only a small role on the show in Girl 6 and then went into the role of New York Undercover. Navedo was on Double Take, an action-comedy film that debuted in 2001. The drama Washington Heights was released the next year. Navedo played a role in the NBC crime-drama Law & Order for a frequent role as detective Ana Cordova between 2001 and 2004. The character was later featured on in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages, Blue Bloods and Blue Bloods. Navedo was in a variety of films, including El Cantante (The Cantante) and Remember Me. Navedo made an appearance on How to Make It in America Golden Boy, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit from 2011 until 2013, as well. She starred in the comic film Superfast! The parody film of The Fast and the Furious series was released in 2015. Navedo started her acting career on the daytime soaps. From 1995 to 1997 she played the role of Linda Soto in the ABC soap opera One Life to Live. In 1999, she became Theresa Sandoval in the CBS soap opera Guiding Light. In 1996, she made her debut in the film world with a part as a character in Girl 6. She later played a role as a guest for New York Undercover (1996) as well as The District. Navedo was as a character in Double Take (2001), an action comedy.
